Creating a design system for an omnichannel digital ecosystem
Challenge
GIGE Corporation is an IT firm of 30+ years that provides managed services and technology products to a wide range of clients. The challenge was to redesign its brand and to create a design system to reflect its mission of providing fast and reliable services, always delivered at a high-level of professionalism. The new system is applied across a wide range of platforms, ranging from web apps, web sites, advertising, and physical marketing assets.
Solution
- I redesigned the brand and design system to visually support GIGE's mantra of speed and professionalism, while providing a striking visual impact that stresses its drive to stay on the cutting-edge of IT and cybersecurity standards.
- I leveraged the new design system to lead redesigns of the websites, responsive apps, marketing journeys, and social media that resulted in increased lead generation and ongoing improvements to engagement and drop rates.
- I conducted iterative UX audits and competitive research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and frictions in current user journey flows.
